August - December 2013

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

December 6, 2013
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will receive an invoice within 15 days.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
December 13, 2013
A web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be sent to the contact at each of the registered companies.
December 20, 2013

If applicable, the paper version of the employee survey, survey cover letter, and other process details and instructions are sent to the main contact at participating companies for distribution.

January 3, 2014
Completed Employer Questionnaires are due.

January 10, 2014

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via e-mail.

January 17, 2014
Deadline for paper version of the employee survey.
January 24, 2014
Deadline for online employee surveys.
February 2014
BCG prepares and sends notification letters to the participants.
March 2014

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.

May 2014 Publication date for the “Best Employers in Ohio."
June 2014

The benchmarking portions of the Employee Feedback Reports are emailed to participating companies.
